To put it simply, it all started as a hobby. I've always had an interest in personalised products; whether it's clothing, accessories etc. Over the years I've had gifts purchased for me / bought my own personalised items and this always brought me great satisfaction.

One day out of the blue; I navigated to a YouTube video focussed on personalised embroidery and I was hooked. I entered the rabbit hole of embroidery videos and I developed a keen interest.

I decided to purchase my first machine and after tinkering around with different designs and embroidering them onto polos and hoodies, I was approached by a colleague to customise some garments. That's when I decided to pursue this as a potential business interest.
